Charlotte Isles, MA
Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and works with adults over the age of 18. Her clinical interests include life transitions, body image and eating concerns, anxiety, identity exploration, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. She is also drawn to questions around purpose, meaning, belonging, and what it means to live a fulfilling life.
Charlotte brings a grounded and compassionate presence to her work, aiming to build a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen and understood. Working primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, she helps clients explore how past experiences shape their present relationships, beliefs, and ways of relating to themselves and the world. Her approach is collaborative and reflective, drawing on her background in yoga and mindfulness to support greater mind-body awareness.
Charlotte also holds a Master’s degree in Environment and Development, which informs her interest in the relationship between our wider environment and mental health, particularly the emotional and existential challenges of climate anxiety and uncertainty about the future.
