Kristin is a Licensed Social Worker and holds a Master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago’s Graduate School of Social Work. She works with adults and couples (18+). Kristin understands therapy as a collaborative and relational process, helping clients build on their existing strengths while exploring new ways to live a rich and meaningful life. Having followed a nonlinear path herself, Kristin brings empathy and insight to those questioning where they are in life or facing periods of change, conflict or deep emotional pain.  

Kristin works from a trauma-informed psychodynamic perspective and incorporates mind-body awareness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into her work. Kristin has completed specialized training in Sexual Assault Crisis Intervention and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics.

Fun Facts: Kristin also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from American University in Washington D.C. In her free time, she enjoys running, practicing yoga, and spending time in nature.
